Updated on October 13, 2026 (version 2026-10-13)

This page explains what data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. I am the data controller: Jaime Orozco, an individual based in Bogotá, Colombia. For any question or request, use the form on the contact page.

What I collect and why

Booking a call

The booking button takes you to Cal.com. What you type there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy; this site keeps no data from that booking.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. It only stores temporarily in your browser (not cookies) the chat conversation while the tab is open and the time of the last form submission, to prevent repeated sends.

Who receives it and where

Only the services that make the site work: Make.com (automation), Google (email, Gemini and Analytics), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (anti-bot check). They act on my behalf and their servers may be outside Colombia, for example in the United States or the European Union, so your data may be transferred there solely to provide that service. I do not sell or hand your data to anyone else.

How long I keep it

For a short time: what is needed to reply to you and follow up on your message. Then I delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, write to me.

Your rights

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you can know, update and correct your data, ask for proof of your authorization, learn how I use it, ask for its deletion and withdraw your authorization at any time. Send me your request through the form on the contact page: I answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can go to Colombia's data protection authority, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (sic.gov.co).

If I change anything here, I will update this page, its date and its version. This policy describes how the site works today.
